1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Live-In you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What Live-In is (and isn't)

Live-In is a wellness, fitness, and nutrition coaching and motivation app featuring an AI coach, Liv. It is not medical, healthcare, or professional dietetic advice. Liv is not a licensed clinician. Do not rely on the app for emergencies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region).

4. Subscriptions

Free, Pro, and Elite. Paid plans are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, auto-renew until cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and refunds follow the store's policy. The 14-day Pro trial is one-shot.

5. AI output

Coaching responses may be imperfect. They are general wellness suggestions, not instructions to follow blindly. A missed day does not zero your week; Liv will not assign make-up homework.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided as is. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Governing law to be set with counsel before public launch.
