Delete your Live-In data
Draft for store listings and counsel review. Last updated 2 September 2026. Not legal advice.

No account to close
Live-In does not let you create an account. There is no login, no cloud profile, and no name or email stored by us. Deleting your data means clearing what is on your phone, plus asking us to drop any leftover request we can still find.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Open Live-In → Settings → Forget Liv's notes. That clears on-device coach notes (schedule, diet, skip foods, grocery band, last meal).
- Uninstall the app. Profile, chat, and local notes live on the device and go away with the install.
- Optional: in iOS or Android settings, revoke Health / Health Connect access if you ever turned it on.
Request deletion by email
Email privacy@liveinteam.com with the subject “Live-In data deletion request.” Include:
- That you want your Live-In data deleted
- The Google account email you used on Play, if you have it
- Device type (Android or iPhone) and approximate last-used date
We reply within 30 days. We do not keep a user database, so there is usually nothing left on our side after you clear the app. Store purchases stay with Google Play or the App Store — cancel those in the store if you also want billing to stop.
What we do not have
- No account, password, or sign-in record
- No card numbers (Apple and Google handle payments)
- No name, GPS, photos, or raw health records sent to our AI provider
