Summary

Live-In is a wellness and motivation app. Your coach, Liv, helps with fitness and nutrition habits. We collect the minimum needed to run the app, we do not sell your data, and we do not send your name or personal identifiers to our AI providers.

What we collect

  • Profile you enter: first name (optional), goal, coaching tone, voice preference. Stored on your device.
  • Coach notes on device: schedule, training prefs, diet, skip foods, grocery band, and last meal. No name. You can forget them in Settings.
  • Health and activity data only with your permission (Apple Health / Health Connect when connected, or a labeled demo day). Used as an aggregated summary for coaching — never raw records.
  • Usage and diagnostics if you later consent to crash reporting.
  • Subscription status via Apple App Store and Google Play. We never receive your card details.

How AI coaching works

To generate replies we send an aggregated, non-identifying summary plus your goal, tone, and standing coach notes to OpenCode Go. We do not send your name, email, device identifiers, GPS, city, or raw health records. Height/frame stay on-device. Ethnicity is not a coaching variable.

Sharing

Only with processors under contract: OpenCode Go for coaching, Apple/Google for App Store and Play billing, and crash tools if enabled. Spoken replies use on-device text-to-speech. No sale of data. No ads on Health data.

Your rights

Access, export, correct, and delete via in-app Settings or privacy@liveinteam.com. Withdraw Health permissions in iOS or Android settings.
